Overview

Intuit's People Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) Talent Solutions organization owns the products that power the employee talent lifecycle, from hiring and performance management through learning, skills, talent management, and promotion.

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead two connected, business-critical areas: Skills and Learning.

Skills has the potential to become a foundational capability across Intuit's talent ecosystem, creating a common language for the capabilities we have, the capabilities we need, and how we close the gap. You'll own the product strategy for Skills both as an employee experience and as a core capability that powers broader people processes, beginning with Strategic Workforce Planning and extending across hiring, performance, talent management, learning, and career development.

You'll also own our internal Learning product strategy, partnering closely with sister Intuit organizations to connect the signals we generate through skills, performance, and talent processes to meaningful development and enablement outcomes.

This is a senior, highly cross-functional product role for someone who is comfortable operating across organizational boundaries, turning ambiguous business needs into durable product capabilities, and using AI to rethink how employees build skills and grow at Intuit.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s Skills capability, ensuring it supports broader people processes such as strategic workforce planning, hiring, and learning.
  • Define and drive product strategy for Intuit’s internal learning capability.
  • Lead a durable partnership with sister Intuit organizations to integrate Learning into the talent lifecycle, connecting performance and skills signals to development and enablement outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end product experiences across both Skills and Learning domains, identifying opportunities to improve process, tooling, and outcomes.
  • Use AI as an accelerant in product execution, from workflow design to delivery.
  • Expand business needs into durable, long-term capability strategies, including where AI agents can play a role.
  • Leverage user research and analysis to design end-to-end experiences and triangulate data across products to inform decisions.
  • Drive domain-level product decisions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Workforce Planning, HR partners, Design, and t4i Product & Engineering teams).
  • Proactively identify and manage cross-team dependencies before they become blockers.
  • Influence stakeholders and leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including experience owning complex, cross-functional product areas or capabilities and operating with significant autonomy.
  • Proven track record defining product strategy and translating ambiguous business problems into durable capabilities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end product experiences and lead across organizational boundaries, aligning Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business stakeholders around a shared strategy.
  • Strong technical fluency and experience partnering closely with engineering and configuration teams on technical product decisions, architecture, integrations, data, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience applying AI/ML or agentic capabilities to product problems, with demonstrated curiosity and judgment about where AI can meaningfully improve user experiences, workflows, and business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and a track record of using quantitative and qualitative data, user research, and experimentation to identify opportunities, make product decisions, and measure impact.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and influence skills, with demonstrated ability to align senior cross-functional stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority.
  • Experience building products or capabilities in HR, Talent, Learning, Skills, Workforce Planning, or adjacent enterprise domains is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus.
