Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is seeking an experienced SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio Developer with AI skills to design and deliver intelligent, scalable business solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

This role blends enterprise solution development with modern AI capabilities, enabling the creation of smart SharepointOnline (Digital Workplace) solutions, Document Management solutions, copilots, and automated workflows that enhance productivity and user experience.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years designing and developing SharePoint/Power Platform solutions.
• Five+ years building Power Platform apps, automations and Power Pages.
• Five+ years with SharePoint Online and SPFx in M365 integrations.
• Three+ years .NET development for Web APIs in Azure.
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related IT field.
• Power Platform Developer / Solution Architect certification.
• Azure fundamentals required.
• Hands-on Copilot Studio, generative AI and AI Builder.
• PowerShell and Graph API for automation/integration.
• Strong MS365 governance, security and architecture practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver intelligent SharePoint Online and AI-enabled apps.
• Develop end-to-end Power Platform solutions across the enterprise.
• Create reusable components to boost developer productivity.
• Provision environments and lifecycle management via PowerShell and Graph API.
• Define technical user stories and architecture patterns for enablement.
• Build AI-powered copilots with Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Modernize apps using AI-driven optimizations for evolving needs.
• Architect SharePoint sites, governance, and workflow automations.
• Develop SPFx/React frontends with AI insights.
• Integrate SharePoint with Power Platform for document processing/ approvals.
• Create wireframes, proofs of concept, AI models and mockups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
