Job summary

Veeam Software invites you to join its Summer Internship Program in Services Portfolio Management. You will support the Customer Experience team in defining and optimizing scalable, repeatable offerings that drive customer outcomes and revenue growth.

During a 10-week program from June to August 2027, you’ll research customer needs, track performance metrics, and assist go-to-market activities while exploring how data and automation can streamline service delivery.

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Data Science, CS).
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about technology and AI applications.
• Strong data analytics skills and basic exposure to data science concepts.
• Curiosity about data and automation to drive efficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support CX team in defining, building, and optimizing services portfolio.
• Assist across the full services lifecycle: research needs, track metrics, GTM activities.
• Explore how data and automation can streamline service delivery and scalability.
