Job summary

Previsible is seeking an SEO Account Manager to lead multiple client engagements and deliver measurable outcomes. You will manage a diverse portfolio, drive on-time delivery of services, and implement projects aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years in client management and digital marketing across startups, mid-market, and at least one enterprise.
• 3+ years experience in search engine marketing including strong SEO practices and their role in business growth.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication via email, phone, and video conference; strong presentation skills.
• Adaptability, proactivity, and attention to detail to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Ability to become a business partner to the client, understanding their goals and driving organic growth.
• Advanced skills with productivity software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and project management tools.
• Proficiency with foundational SEO workstreams, like keyword research, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead 10-15 client accounts simultaneously, including 1-2 large customized engagements.
• Act as the primary point of contact and partner for clients; lead meetings and coordinate sprints.
• Define action plans, assign tasks, and maintain proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Maintain client account health and stakeholder satisfaction to secure retention.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and build performance reports for visibility.
• Lead regular check-ins, monthly reports, and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify inefficiencies and collaborate with teams to improve workflows.
• Update executives on contract upgrades and participate in major meetings or QBRs.
• Stay informed about trends in SEO and AI; learn and apply new insights.
