Job summary

OpenArt is hiring an SEO & AEO Lead to run the SEO team and own how OpenArt is found on Google and AI assistants. This player-coach role mixes leadership of a distributed team with hands-on content and optimization work using AI to scale publishing.

You will drive the strategy, production systems, and measurement to tie organic growth to revenue, while mentoring the team in AI-assisted workflows and advanced SEO tactics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SEO experience on real-scale sites.
• Experience leading people with measurable improvements.
• Hands-on audits, data extraction, and writing briefs.
• Experience shipping content with AI at volume and maintaining quality.
• AI-native workflow with LLMs and agents.
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals; solid AEO perspective.

Responsibilities

• Own organic end-to-end across Google and AI assistants: cluster strategy, page production, technical health, links, and traffic/rankings impact.
• Lead the SEO team day-to-day, set briefs/templates, and ensure output quality.
• Coach on AEO and AI integration; build processes for scalable content production.
• Oversee production of high-volume AI-assisted content with clear review criteria.
