Job summary

Internet Brands, based in El Segundo, CA, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead AI-enabled, cross-functional initiatives across Avvo, FindLaw, Superlawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, and Lawyers.com. You will drive strategy, architecture decisions, and executive communications while ensuring delivery quality and stakeholder trust.

You’ll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to scale AI tooling, manage risk, and optimize outcomes in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project management at a technology company, including 3+ years leading software development with schedules and deadlines, preferably in SaaS.
• Practical experience using LLM-based agents or AI workflows in production, and contributing to their design, prompts, and evaluation.
• Experience contributing to evaluations for AI systems (accuracy, faithfulness, drift detection) and using them to drive quality decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutioning and technical review for programs using AI agents that surface unstated assumptions and generate ADRs.
• Drive capacity planning, dependency identification, and project scheduling with AI-assisted planning.
• Own cross-team scheduling, detect bottlenecks, model re-sequencing options when dependencies shift, and manage schedule risk.
• Make scope, sequencing, and resourcing trade-offs when the AI surface presents options requiring judgment.
• Lead program delivery — planning, scope coverage, dependencies, issue management, and launch quality with AI tooling.
