Job summary

Internet Brands is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects within our Legal Marketing portfolio from El Segundo, CA. You will leverage AI tooling at the center of recurring workflows, managing stakeholders, risks, and delivery quality across Avvo, FindLaw, and related brands.

You bring 4–5 years of technical PM experience, 2+ years leading software development, and a proven record of delivering SaaS projects with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of technical project management at a technology company.
• 2+ years leading software development with schedules and deadlines.
• Practical experience using LLM-based agents or AI workflows in production.
• Reading engineering design proposals and following architecture discussions.
• Strong bias for action and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
• Proven track record delivering software projects using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Technical design: drive design reviews using AI agents and capture decisions.
• Planning: drive project planning, dependencies, and sprint-based scheduling.
• Scheduling: own the project schedule and surface bottlenecks or risks.
• Trade-off decisions: evaluate scope, sequencing, and resource trade-offs.
• Delivery: lead planning, execution, and launch quality with cross-team coordination.
• Communication: provide status, risks, and KPI updates to stakeholders.
• Knowledge management: document decisions and project context in the knowledge pipeline.
• AI tooling feedback: propose improvements based on real-world usage.
• AI adoption: promote AI tooling usage within the project team.
