Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, client accounting services, or a related field.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying issues and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-assisted tools and automation to improve workflows.
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy and sound judgment.
• Analyze financial information for inconsistencies and improvements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, GL activity, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Assist with entity income tax returns for business clients.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide financial insights.
• Improve monthly close, financial reporting, and tax preparation processes.
• Document standardized processes to promote consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team to improve service quality and client experience.
