The role requires 5+ years in accounting with supervisory experience; CPA is preferred. You will prepare financial statements, manage close processes, analyze data, and mentor junior staff in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of developing staff.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets for accuracy and compliance.
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify improvements and cost/ revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Mentor and train junior accounting staff for professional growth.
• Stay current with accounting principles, regulations, and industry trends.
