Avispa Technology is seeking a Senior Employee Communications Manager to partner with engineering leadership, building communications that inform, engage, and inspire our global workforce. In this hybrid Mountain View role, you’ll lead end-to-end employee comms for organizational changes, leverage AI in content development, and support all-hands events while collaborating with HR and leadership.

Required: 6+ years in employee communications, strong storytelling, and ability to influence senior

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Employee Communications.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills to translate technical content.
• Experience leading communications with engineering leaders and HR partners.
• Advanced AI usage as part of the communications workflow.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic communications advisor to VP-level executives within the engineering team.
• Lead end-to-end employee communications for organizational changes with HR and leadership.
• Build and execute global communications strategies for major moments.
• Develop communications plans and maintain digital channels, including on-site event support.
