Job summary

TENEX.AI is hiring a Sales Customer Engineer to join our security-focused team. This hybrid role blends technical pre-sales expertise with hands-on customer success to accelerate adoption of our AI-driven MDR platform.

You will demonstrate solutions, run POCs, address security and compliance concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value for clients. Occasional travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in a customer-facing role (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect).
• Strong understanding of security operations and cloud security concepts.
• Experience presenting to executives and translating technical concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical pre-sales support, product demos, and POCs tailored to client needs.
• Support onboarding and success activities to ensure rapid deployment of AI-driven security solutions.
• Develop security-focused content for customers and represent the company at industry events.
