The role focuses on finding unique channels, testing quickly, and scaling successful strategies to fill our pipeline with early-stage GPs.

You’ll execute high-velocity growth experiments, craft compelling social content, and develop AI agents that book meetings while you sleep, driving institutional-grade operations for new funds.

Qualifications

• Strong social media skills with ability to write posts that stop scrolling.
• Experience using AI tools and automation to drive outreach and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings with emerging GPs through any effective channel.
• Run a steady stream of growth experiments; kill losers fast and double down on winners.
• Build a presence on LinkedIn and X to attract GPs, not chase them.
• Build and use AI agents and automations to scale the workload of a team.
• Share learnings weekly to improve growth across the company.
