Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all scholarship partners.
• Develop and execute a strategy to create and expand internship and job opportunities for scholars.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scholars and mentors, providing individualized support.
• Lead planning and execution of the annual scholar conference.
• Design and manage scholar engagement throughout the year.
• Develop and lead an intentional community-building strategy for scholars and alumni.
• Track scholar progress and outcomes, using data to inform program improvements.
• Manage scholarship disbursements and payment processes.
• Support foundation-wide operations and process improvement focusing on AI and automation.
