Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI Program Leader to drive external benchmarking, workflow reimagination, and strategic roadmaps for AI initiatives in a large corporate setting. You will enable enterprise‑level change, govern rapid experiments, and create transparent dashboards for ROI and AI spend.

The role requires 6+ years in PM/tech leadership, strong executive communication, and deep familiarity with AI tools to optimize daily productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years in program management, process engineering, product management, or technical leadership in a large corporate environment.
• Deep, hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) and AI-assisted project management.
• Experience in process mapping, baselining workflows, and enterprise change management.
• Proven track record of defining, collecting, and executing against leading and lagging KPIs.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills, ability to distill complex concepts into clear business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct External Benchmarking & Market Analysis to inform roadmaps across AI initiatives.
• Lead Workflow Reimagination by baselining workflows and building AI-enabled domain processes.
• Drive Roadmaps for AI Big Bets and enterprise capabilities.
• Drive Enterprise-Level Change Management to adopt reimagined workflows and central AI capabilities.
• Drive Rapid Experimentation & Funnel Governance with sandbox environments and rapid testing of AI concepts.
• Automate Program Management using AI productivity tools and automation platforms.
• Build Intelligent Dashboards tracking metrics and ROI for leadership and AI FinOps visibility.
• Resolve Blockers & Unblock Teams across engineering, data science, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Deliver Executive Storytelling translating AI initiatives into business value and risk paths.
• Evolve the AI Operating Model defining intake, prioritization, funding, and support.
