The candidate will oversee grant portfolios and synthesize findings to inform strategy, navigating complex data ecosystems while advancing learner outcomes in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Mastery level knowledge of implementation research methodologies and iterative learning cycles.
• Experience with education-to-workforce data systems and data sources.
• Experience designing and leading sophisticated grant portfolios or R&D programs.
• Ability to translate findings into strategy refinements and policy impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate public good infrastructure to support AI-native data system implementation.
• Lead a research and development portfolio to test and refine AI infrastructure solutions in education/workforce contexts.
• Design iterative learning cycles at the intersection of AI infrastructure and system feedback loops.
• Generate evidence on conditions and configurations that accelerate learner impact.
• Navigate ambiguity and drive equity-centered inquiry with diverse partners.
