You’ll apply your Salesforce expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, focusing on accurate data, scalable workflows, and high-quality input in a fully remote environment. Scope includes building and reviewing Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation; managing leads, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records;

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales, CRM, or business operations workflows.
• Good understanding of CRM data management.
• Ability to explain Salesforce workflows clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Complete and review realistic Salesforce workflows.
• Work with leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other CRM records.
• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Use Salesforce Flow and automation features to support business processes.
• Manage and organize CRM data accurately.
• Explore Salesforce features and identify real-world use cases.
• Document steps needed to complete Salesforce workflows.
