Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Sales Operations Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the AWS Customer and Partner Success organization.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights, shape sales initiatives, and partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and customer retention. The role focuses on post-launch initiatives, forecasting, business reviews, and implementing AI/ML powered tools to enhance sales

Qualifications

7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Translate data into actionable insights to drive sales initiatives and revenue growth.
Lead post-launch initiatives, forecasting, and business reviews.
Develop and manage customer and partner success processes, metrics, and technology support to improve revenue and retention.
Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve day-to-day operational excellence in Customer and Partner Success.
