Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sales Operations Lead in Seattle to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for the AWS Customer and Partner Success organization. This role partners with leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights and shapes the strategic direction of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

7+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead data-driven decision-making and operational excellence for AWS Customer and Partner Success.
Develop, implement and manage customer and partner success processes, systems and metrics to drive revenue growth and retention.
Forecast and analyze post-launch performance data to identify growth opportunities and strategic recommendations.
