Job summary

Brilyon Ventures is seeking a sales intern to support sales, controls and automation, and operations within its Early Careers Sales Internship Program. You will grow and develop while helping strengthen the company's health care system.

This 10-week program includes classroom training focused on the Medicare business, networking opportunities, and enrichment activities to develop selling and presentation skills in a Direct-to-Consumer model.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree for the full duration of the internship.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Candidates must pass a drug test before starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI tools to solve business problems within your domain.
• Build and optimize prompts for analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Integrate AI into workflows (e.g., reporting, dashboards, operations processes).
• Analyze data using AI-enabled tools and generate insights.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI driven improvements.
• Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience with sales and sales support processes through phone-based and operational activities.
