You'll analyze membership and market data, develop reporting, support planning for AEP, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to deliver insights.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (graduation expected between Sep 2027 and Jun 2028)
• Major relevant to the position such as Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field

Responsabilités

• Analyzing membership, market, and financial data to support strategic planning
• Developing reporting and analytical skills through market performance tracking
• Supporting post-bid planning initiatives for Annual Enrollment Period and operating plan development
• Learning how healthcare organizations evaluate growth opportunities through market analysis
• Collaborating with cross-functional partners to support strategic objectives
• Creating reports, presentations, and insights for leaders and stakeholders
• Monitoring business performance and identifying trends for planning
• Gaining exposure to enterprise forecasting and Medicare market strategy
