• Majors relevant to the role include Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and program effectiveness.
• Develop project management skills through planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives.
• Create process maps, SOPs, and reusable tools that support operational excellence.
• Explore responsible AI usage to automate workflows and improve processes.
• Analyze program performance metrics and broker engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support development of executive-ready presentations, communications, and business recommendations.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support training and performance initiatives.
• Gain exposure to sales strategy, sales enablement, operations, analytics, and organizational effectiveness practices.
