Job summary

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree for the full duration of the internship; internships are not intended for graduating seniors.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship for employment-based work authorization; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 10-week internship program with structured training in Medicare business and serving Medicare-eligible members and prospects.
• Networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and enrichment activities.
• Develop and refine selling and presentation skills through sales competitions, simulations, projects, and job shadowing.
• Gain exposure to end-to-end sales process, health insurance, consumer base, and the organization's role in the market.
• Build understanding of Direct-to-Consumer Sales model and its role in distribution.
• Gain hands-on experience with sales and sales support processes through phone-based and operational activities.
