Responsibilities

• Onboard every new client through a structured 90‑day engagement with Cardone University methodology.
• Provide ongoing coaching and identify opportunities across the advisor team.
• Develop AI-powered scripts, prompts, and review tools for client onboarding.
• Train client sales managers on Cardone University management practices.
• Ensure clients actively use AI tools in daily workflows.
