Job summary

Icon Protection, Inc. is seeking a Financial Analyst II – Sales & Business Intelligence in Tinley Park, IL to transform sales and financial data into executive-ready insights.

You will build self-service dashboards, integrate ERP and pricing data, and automate reporting to support strategic resource allocation and margin-improvement initiatives. You will own core sales, rebate, and commission reporting while collaborating across teams to deliver KPIs, forecasts, and profitability analyses

Qualifications

• Three+ years in finance, accounting, analytics or similar data-driven role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Qlik Sense or Power BI required.
• Strong data prep, data modeling, ETL, and multi-source integration experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Great Plains, Infor M3) required.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Interest in AI/automation to streamline reporting workflows preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reporting in Qlik Sense.
• Develop data pipelines and data models connecting ERP, pricing, and sales data.
• Promote BI tool adoption among sales leaders and stakeholders.
• Improve reporting accuracy, cadence, and data governance with real-time data.
• Identify and deploy AI and automation to reduce manual reporting effort.
• Define KPIs with management and support executive-level performance reporting.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and financial models for decision making.
• Assist in S&OP processes with demand, forecast, and capacity analytics.
• Automate rebate and commission reporting and related journal entries.
• Support external rebate reporting and interfacing with customer portals.
