Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Digital and AI Procurement Senior Manager / Solution Architect to lead Source-to-Pay technology programs using ZIP and GEP. You will translate business goals into practical architectures and drive global deployment and value realization.

You will guide pursuits, design target architectures, and manage delivery teams across regions, ensuring governance, risk management and client satisfaction while shaping the future of AI-enabled procurement.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Source-to-Pay processes, operating models, data, integrations and technology architecture.
• Deep knowledge of ZIP and/or GEP, platform capabilities and AI-enabled functionality.
• 2–3 full implementation cycles as a senior program lead or solution architect on ZIP/GEP.
• Experience delivering global procurement transformations across regions and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading sales pursuits, including solution strategies and client workshops.
• Experience communicating with Procurement and IT stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in person at an EY office and/or client location up to 50% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, own solution architecture and direct delivery of complex, AI-enabled procurement programs.
• Translate client priorities into transformation vision, target architecture and roadmaps.
• Serve as lead Solution Architect for ZIP and/or GEP across the S2P lifecycle.
• Lead current-state and future-state design across intake, onboarding, sourcing, contracting and analytics.
• Define the solution blueprint, including data migration, master data and reporting.
• Evaluate AI capabilities to improve user experience, decision-making and controls.
• Facilitate architecture governance and manage trade-offs to avoid unnecessary customization.
• Lead mobilization, design, build, testing, deployment and value realization with governance.
• Maintain accountability for scope, quality, client experience and commercial performance.
• Coach teams and contribute to sales, pipeline and account growth.
