Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior, Business Risk and AI Automation to build an AI-first internal audit and risk function. You will lead AI-driven SOX testing and enhance real-time insights while reducing manual effort.

You will collaborate across Finance, Legal, Sales, and People & Culture to strengthen controls and scale an industry-leading AI assurance program. Prior Big 4/internal audit experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or CISSP preferred.
• Controls testing experience across business processes and IT.
• Ability to identify risks and opportunities for automation in complex processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and prompting in an audit context.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale AI-driven SOX testing and controls testing.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to strengthen controls.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for AI and automation in risk management.
