Job summary

Sia is hiring a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy & Management Consulting team in San Francisco. You will work directly with clients to map compliance and operational processes, identify risks, and design AI-enabled improvements to drive faster, more accurate, and scalable outcomes.

The role requires 4–7 years in client-facing consulting, experience in technology or fintech, and a strong ability to articulate complex ideas to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Finance, Business Management, Statistics or Mathematics or related field
• 4-7 years of client-facing management consulting experience, preferably in technology or fintech
• Experience supporting or delivering risk, compliance, or regulatory initiatives
• Practical experience with AI adoption, workflow automation, or identifying AI use cases in business/compliance
• Strong understanding of technology, fintech, or regulated environments
• Proven ability to build and manage client relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Map and diagnose compliance and operational processes end to end to pinpoint risks
• Design and implement improved frameworks, systems, and processes with data requirements
• Evaluate processes to identify AI use cases and build business cases
• Lead client engagements, onsite and remote, delivering high-quality workstreams
• Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities across stakeholders
• Engage with stakeholders and present insights and AI-enabled improvements
• Analyze client challenges with quantitative and qualitative approaches
• Collaborate with and mentor team members on tools and methodologies
• Maintain clear project documentation for transparency and continuity
• Drive thought leadership and internal initiatives around AI in risk and compliance
• Support business development and proposal development
• Lead effective meetings with internal teams and clients
