Sia is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Financial Services Consulting practice as a Forward Deployed Business Analyst. The role embeds with client teams to deliver AI-enabled business outcomes, translating needs into actionable requirements and driving transformation.

You'll work with data, analytics, and AI tools to accelerate delivery, advise executives, and help design solutions across wealth management, capital markets, and risk & compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, AI/Computing, CS, DS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3+ years in financial services with problem-solving and analytical skills; consulting experience preferred.
• Foundational ability to use AI/GenAI tools and modern productivity platforms for analysis and deliverables.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• AI-enabled consulting delivery with no-code/low-code platforms.
• Engage with client teams to understand objectives and outcomes.
• Assess processes, data, risks, and design strategic initiatives.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, user stories, and data specs.
• Support solution design, implementation, and UAT across platforms.
• Own tasks, manage timelines, and communicate progress.
• Prepare client-ready communications and deliverables.
• Support proposals and business development with thought leadership.
