Sia is hiring a Senior Consultant to join our Strategy & Management Consulting team in San Francisco. You will work directly with clients to map compliance and operational processes, identify risks, and design AI-enabled improvements to drive faster, more accurate, and scalable outcomes.
The role requires 4–7 years in client-facing consulting, experience in technology or fintech, and a strong ability to articulate complex ideas to senior leadership.

Join our consulting team to deliver high-impact solutions across risk, compliance, and operations transformation. In this role, you'll work directly with clients to map how compliance and operational processes actually work, identify where they break down or create risk, and design better processes, then find the right opportunities to layer in AI to make them faster, more accurate, and more scalable.
You'll operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, balancing independent ownership with strong collaboration across teams. This role is ideal for people with experience in technology and/or fintech environments, particularly within regulated or compliance-driven contexts, who also bring a genuine interest in where AI can realistically improve how compliance work gets done.
