Job summary

Sia Partners in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Technology Business Unit and drive risk, compliance, and operations transformation using AI. You will map processes, identify improvements, and lead client engagements both onsite and remotely, mentoring teams and delivering actionable insights.

The role requires 4–7 years of management consulting experience in technology or fintech, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Finance, Business Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 4–7 years of client-facing management consulting experience.
• Experience supporting risk, compliance, or regulatory initiatives.
• Practical experience with AI adoption, workflow automation, or identifying AI use cases within a business or compliance context.
• Strong understanding of industry challenges within technology, fintech, or regulated environments.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Map and diagnose compliance and operational processes end to end.
• Lead design and implementation of improved frameworks, systems, and processes.
• Identify AI use cases and build business cases to reduce risk or improve efficiency
• Lead client engagements, onsite and remotely, delivering high-quality workstreams and client-ready deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor team on tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project).
• Maintain clear project documentation for transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Drive thought leadership around AI in risk and compliance.
