Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a leader to define, own, and execute the enterprise Risk Automation product strategy across the organization. You will translate risk and control needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions, guiding the full solution lifecycle from discovery to enhancement, in collaboration with Technology, Data, Risk, and business teams.

This role builds alignment on priorities, fosters internal capability, leverages external expertise when needed, and drives measurable value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Typically 12+ years of related work experience.
• Experience defining and executing product strategies for automation, AI, data, risk.
• Translate requirements into scalable tech-enabled solutions.
• Partner with technology and data teams across design, prototyping, implementation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Technology, Data, Risk and business
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, security, data governance and risk controls.
• Measure adoption, value, and inform roadmap priorities.
• Build sustainable internal capabilities and leverage external partners.
• Excellent listening and execution skills.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the enterprise Risk Automation product strategy and roadmap.
• Provide hands-on product and technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Partner with Technology, Data, Risk and business teams to translate requirements.
• Build alignment across stakeholders on priorities, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Promote reusable, scalable approaches to automate risk management enterprise‑wide.
• Drive adoption and measurable value from risk automation capabilities.
