Job summary

Wonderful is seeking a Vertical Product Manager to own retail solutions across apparel, beauty, grocery, home, marketplaces, and consumer services. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and go-to-market plans for a repeatable catalog that scales across countries.

You will collaborate with country GMs, deployment, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing to turn field insights into productized offerings, drive revenue, and measure impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Experience building products for retailers, marketplaces or consumer brands, or working inside one.
• Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales.
• Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams.
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives.
• AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's retail solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog.
• Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using field input and market research.
• Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D.
• Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments.
• Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior retail buyers.
• Build a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors.
• Define how each solution is attributed and measured to prove revenue impact.
• Own market rollout for each solution: country entry order and adaptations, grow penetration.
• Lead cross-functional teams from discovery to production, while maintaining team health.
• Define and track metrics showing solution performance and report to leadership.
• Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences.
