Redica Systems is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to develop customer-facing reports and dashboards from regulatory intelligence data. You will translate requests into clear reporting requirements, work with inspections, observations, and enforcement data, and present findings via dashboards and executive reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, life sciences, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data operations, or related role.
• Hands-on experience building reports, workbooks, data elements, or visualizations in a cloud BI or analytics tool (Sigma strongly preferred).
• Working knowledge of SQL, including writing, reviewing, and troubleshooting queries.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer reporting requests into precise, scoped queries using Redica tools to identify and extract data.
• Build, customize, and publish customer-facing reports, including workbooks, data elements, and visualizations.
• Own the full report lifecycle from intake and data identification through build, QA, proofing, and delivery.
