xCures, Inc. is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to join a remote-first, distributed team. You will write production code, own integrations, and support customers from signed contract to live data. The role blends customer-facing work with building the tools that power the platform, including agents and automations.

You’ll work directly with customers to translate requirements into working software, shape the Customer Solutions team’s approach, and ensure security-first practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Fluency in Python, TypeScript, React with production code.
• Experience with AI coding agents at scale and LLM APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer integrations and data connectors.
• Prototype proofs of concept and end-to-end POCs with accounts.
• Collaborate withEngineering, Product, and Sales to scope integrations and secure data.
• Follow SDLC, write tests, and ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliant practices.
