Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is building a new care model for aging through an AI-native RCM stack and an in-office NYC base. We are hiring our first RCM Associate to own and scale revenue cycle across product, engineering, and operations, reporting to the co-founders.

You will lead a small team and build real-time dashboards while improving patient billing experiences. You will roll up your sleeves, write SQL, and partner with Payer Growth, Patient Growth, Engineering, and Product to drive high-leverage

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant RCM experience in digital health or tech-enabled settings.
• Medicare/Medicare Advantage experience is a strong plus.
• Customer-obsessed, data-driven with comfort in spreadsheets and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own RCM end-to-end metrics and health, grow the RCM team.
• Partner with engineers to ship AI-native RCM products; co-author roadmap.
• Design and scale AI-native workflows across claims, denials, reconciliation.
• Build real-time RCM dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation or optimization.
• Drive revenue operations: credentialing, enrollment, fee schedule integrity.
• Ensure best-in-class patient billing experience.
