Qualifications

• 15+ years engineering experience; 5+ years in senior platform/infrastructure architecture.
• Experience setting standards for high-scale, low-latency backend systems (Golang/Java, AWS).
• Proven success building/scaling internal platforms used by software engineers.
• Hands-on with automated testing, observability, tooling, CI/CD, quality telemetry.
• AI/ML in testing workflows (NL test creation, self-healing scripts).
• Experience with Momentic, Mabl, Postman, Appium, Playwright.
• Experience building quality frameworks in high-scale SaaS/streaming/digital media.
• Transforming manual QA into dev-owned quality model.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and scale FOX's next-gen Quality Engineering Platform; leverage AI/ML automation.
• Introduce a self-service quality solution with NL test scripting and self-healing automation.
• Own and evolve a quality framework across backend, frontend, data, and live-streaming.
• Build dashboards and telemetry to track regression risk and code quality.
• Enable teams and leadership to identify quality gaps and take action.
• Establish best practices in AI/ML-powered test optimization and shift-left enablement.
• Ensure platform stays aligned with FOX DTC platforms and products.
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps to embed quality across the SDLC.
• Influence a hybrid network of in-house and vendor engineers to drive tooling adoption.
• Evangelize FOX’s quality vision internally and externally as we scale FOX One.
