Job summary

Foxconn seeks a Quality Manager to lead the QA organization for AI server and rack-level manufacturing operations in Santa Clara, CA. The role owns quality strategy, systems compliance, and continuous improvement across four QA functions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in quality engineering or management in electronics manufacturing, with 3+ years of people leadership and experience with ODM/OEM models and AI-enabled products.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of quality engineering and management experience in electronics manufacturing.
• 3+ years of direct people management leading QA teams.
• Strong experience with ODM/OEM models and AI server/rack integration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA organization across QA Management, IQC/SQE, IPQC/FQC/OBA, and QP functions.
• Establish and maintain quality plans, inspection strategies, control plans, and KPI dashboards.
• Drive containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and verification of effectiveness.
• Monitor quality metrics including DPPM, FPY, yield, and cost of poor quality.
• Lead customer quality reviews, internal and supplier audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
