Job description

Title: Lead Analyst, Property Infrastructure Operations

Location: Houston, Texas

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $120,000

Summary:

The Lead Analyst Property Infrastructure Operation will have an AI-first approach and bea hands-on field technologist responsible for deploying, configuring, monitoring, and supporting technology infrastructure across a distributed property portfolio, including new developments, acquisitions, and management services assignments.

Duties:
  • Execute infrastructure scope for new property onboardings, acquisitions, and management services engagements, including ISP coordination, circuit turn-up support, and technology transitions.
  • Support end-to-end implementation of technology infrastructure for new developments, renovations, and major capital improvement projects.
  • Review low-voltage drawings, technical specifications, and as-built documentation to ensure accurate technology implementation.
  • Coordinate with vendors, integrators, ISPs, and service providers to manage implementation activities, lead times, issue resolution, and delivery risks.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership at property and project sites to ensure infrastructure is deployed according to enterprise standards.
  • Support infrastructure requirements for physical security systems, connected property systems, building automation systems (BAS/BMS), access control systems (ACS), CCTV, and other safety‑critical environments.
  • Apply OT/IT cybersecurity frameworks and principles across deployments, including firewall rule implementation, network segmentation, redundancy, failover validation, and secure remote administration.
  • Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks associated with OT environments, connected property systems, converged networks, and smart infrastructure.
  • Ensure OT deployments and operational activities comply with local regulations, company cybersecurity policies, and applicable industry standards.
  • Support ongoing vulnerability management, firmware hygiene, security monitoring, and remediation activities across the property portfolio.
  • Deploy, configure, validate, and support enterprise network and infrastructure standards across corporate and property environments, including wireless, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and site connectivity.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, configuration changes, firmware updates, device reviews, and remote support using secure access tooling.
  • Monitor infrastructure environments, analyze alerts and event data, identify root causes, and initiate timely remediation.
  • Support network redundancy, resiliency, and failover strategies across critical property and enterprise environments.
  • Maintain a high level of operational readiness across network and infrastructure technologies supporting multiple locations.
  • Partner with Technology, Management Services, Engineering, Construction, and other business teams to execute project deliverables and resolve field‑level constraints.
  • Serve as a lead technical resource for complex or high‑impact infrastructure issues requiring hands‑on analysis, troubleshooting, and timely escalation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, integrators, and service providers to drive successful project execution.
  • Translate complex technical issues into clear recommendations and actionable next steps for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain site‑level and portfolio‑level visibility into infrastructure deployments, system readiness, configuration status, and remediation activities using enterprise service and project management tools.
  • Ensure complete and accurate documentation, inventories, configuration records, network diagrams, and support notes are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate records of infrastructure assets, technology standards, and site configurations.
  • Identify documentation gaps and drive improvements that strengthen operational consistency and supportability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical work and communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to provide hands‑on technical support while maintaining strong ownership, accountability, and communication.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced, and high‑pressure environments with multiple cross‑functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in OT infrastructure, enterprise networking, technology operations, or a related technical discipline, preferably within property, construction, or other distributed environments.
  • Hands‑on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, network operations, or technology environments across multiple sites or geographically distributed locations.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve operational insight, troubleshooting, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience configuring and supporting enterprise network and wireless environments, including firewalls, VPNs, switching, redundancy, and failover models.
  • Experience supporting construction projects, property portfolios, renovations, technology transitions, or multi‑site implementation initiatives preferred.
  • Experience monitoring infrastructure environments, analyzing alerts, troubleshooting incidents, identifying root causes, and driving remediation activities.
  • Strong working knowledge of vendor and ISP coordination, technical execution, implementation processes, and service delivery support.
  • Strong working knowledge of OT/IT networking, including converged networks and connected property systems such as BAS, BMS, ACS, and CCTV.
  • Working knowledge of modern property technologies and smart infrastructure.
  • Strong working knowledge of wireless technologies, including DAS and managed Wi‑Fi, preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of OT/IT cybersecurity frameworks, principles, and strategies.
  • Network and communications certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CWNA preferred.
  • Strong cross‑functional coordination, technical execution, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of technical execution and customer service.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal Houston business hours on occasion to support escalations, deployments, or critical activities across other regions.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% to 75% of the time in support of key projects and sites. Certain assignments may require the use of provided PPE and work in non‑office environments, including construction sites and outdoor locations.
  • Proficiency with project and construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution preferred; equivalent years of relevant experience may be considered.
