Job summary

Hines is seeking an Analyst/Lead Analyst to deploy, configure, monitor, and support technology infrastructure across a distributed real estate portfolio. The role is embedded in the field, travels to properties, and requires fluency with OT/building systems, cybersecurity, and enterprise networking within real estate and construction settings.

The position is hybrid, with at least three in-office days per week and regular travel up to 40% for project work across developments and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field; experience may substitute.
• 3–10 years in OT infrastructure, enterprise networking, or tech operations in distributed environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure, network operations, and tech support across multi-site deployments.
• Experience leveraging AI tooling to improve insight and efficiency.
• Strong vendor/ISP coordination, service delivery, and project execution skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam Revu, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure scope for new property onboardings, acquisitions, and management services.
• Support end-to-end deployment of technology infrastructure for developments and capital projects.
• Review drawings and specs to support accurate implementation and compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage tasks, lead times, and risks.
• Provide hands-on technical support across OT/IT networking and security deployments.
