• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies with status reporting.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, escalations, and conflict resolution.
• Drive customer-focused outcomes with quality delivery.
• Utilize PM tools for planning, tracking, reporting and governance.
• Leverage AI tools to improve PM activities and efficiency.
• Support Agile execution and continuous process improvement.
