• Collaborate with developers, QA, admins, and product managers to align technical vision with business goals.
• Lead projects and coordinate multiple teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements using interviews, workflows, workshops, and surveys.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, QA to define technical vision and tradeoffs.
• Analyze potential solutions against business requirements and financial impact.
• Engage with internal customers throughout project lifecycle.
• Map current and future state processes for projects, features, or user stories.
• Support QA with test plans/scripts and QA collaboration.
• Facilitate UAT with clients, vendors, or testers using defined acceptance criteria.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Drive decisions, remove blockers, and lead teams and projects.
• Plan, execute, and finalize IT projects by deadlines and budgets.
• Define scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
• Coordinate resources including third-party contractors.
• Manage scope changes and identify potential crises with contingency plans.
• Develop and present project status reports and proposals.
• Leverage generative AI and automation to enhance processes and decision-making.
