Job summary

Greenheck Group, a dynamic international HVAC manufacturer, invites a Project Management Co-op to join our Sales Operations team in Kentucky. This 8-month term offers hands-on experience leading process-improvement projects, analyzing data, and collaborating across functions to deliver measurable results.

You'll develop project plans, manage risks, and prepare updates for leadership, while gaining exposure to AI tools, Power BI, and CRM data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a related bachelor’s degree program.
• Interest in PM, process improvement, and technology.
• Strong organization and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and process improvement initiatives using AI and automation.
• Develop and maintain project plans with milestones and owners.
• Analyze CRM data quality and support data cleansing efforts.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings with agendas and action items.
