Job summary

Greenheck Group seeks a motivated student for a Project Management Co-op, January to August or May to December, within Sales Operations. You will work on high-impact projects, drive process improvements, and gain hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, and AI-driven initiatives.

You will collaborate with teams across the organization, own project work, and develop clear requirements, plans, and milestones, while supporting data quality and CRM improvements.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Business Admin, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field).
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Interest in project management, process improvement, technology, and business transformation.
• Ability to organize information, manage details, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own projects and process improvement initiatives that use AI and automation to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Analyze and improve CRM data quality, including data cleanup, testing, and identifying opportunities for better processes.
• Gather business needs, analyze data, and translate findings into clear project requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Prepare clear project updates, presentations, and recommendations for cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing decisions, and tracking follow‑ups.
