Job summary

Avispa Technology partners with a leading professional networking platform in the United States to hire a Sr. Program Manager who will lead AI-assisted to AI-native program management by building and shipping AI-powered workflows, agents, and tools.

You will own roadmaps, coach senior PMs, and deploy automated workflows that replace manual tasks such as status updates and meeting prep, while ensuring governance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program, product, or operations engineering.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience building LLM-based tools (agents, copilots, prompt/skill libraries).
• 1+ years shipping production automation into a business workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and drive automation phasing to AI-native workflows.
• Architect, build, and deploy automated workflows replacing manual program management tasks.
• Ship outputs every one to two weeks and translate capabilities into clear leadership narratives.
• Create and maintain an internal library of agents, skills, prompts, and templates.
• Champion governance and responsible AI use with data privacy considerations.
