Job summary

NTT DATA AIVista in Palo Alto (Hybrid) is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support HR, Finance, and other corporate functions while driving AI-enabled workflows across the organization.

The role partners with executive leadership to coordinate high-priority programs, streamline processes, and implement automation, with a focus on data privacy and scalable operations. This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to shape internal operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, finance operations, HR operations, Chief of Staff, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive cross-functional programs from planning through execution.
• Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of finance operations, HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and internal business controls.
• Strong operational judgment and the ability to create structure in evolving or ambiguous environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential company, financial, compensation, and employee information.
• Experience improving business processes through automation, systems implementation, or AI-enabled workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with executives, functional leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• 1) HR & People Operations: Partner with the CAO and HR to coordinate day-to-day people programs and operational initiatives.
• 2) Finance Operations: Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and leadership updates; maintain controls and trackers.
• 3) Agentified Internal Operations: Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows across Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and other internal functions; establish performance metrics and train users.
