Job summary
Aledade is seeking a Program Specialist to join the Hospital and Health Systems team, embedding project management to drive AI-enabled performance and value-based care initiatives across Medicare Advantage, MSSP, Medicaid, and commercial contracts.
The role emphasizes autonomous execution, collaboration with senior leadership, and strong governance across initiatives, meetings, and governance artifacts in a remote-friendly, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in operations, healthcare management, or value-based care.
- Proven ability to independently scope, track, and execute multiple project workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own initiatives and execute projects across AI enablement and ACO operations.
- Develop AI-first performance strategy with senior leadership guidance.
- Deploy project plans, trackers, and playbooks for local initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional meetings, agendas, and action items.
- Bridge centralized teams and field staff to ensure alignment.
- Provide ad hoc strategy analytics and data visualizations.
