Job summary

JPMorganChase in Jersey City seeks an IT-focused Technology Support professional to ensure stability of production flows and enable business operations. You will troubleshoot, monitor, and improve large-scale systems using AI-assisted insights and enterprise tools.

Bring strong scripting (Python/Java/JavaScript), multi-cloud experience (AWS/GCP), and ITIL familiarity to validate AI recommendations and drive resilient, secure solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science with AI focus, or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale on-prem and multi-cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming (Python, Java, React, JavaScript) and SQL/MySQL.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Grafana.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with strong validation habits.
• Ability to review AI-assisted incident recommendations before action.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application and infrastructure service delivery for business operations.
• Support day-to-day maintenance to ensure stability and availability.
• Monitor production environments and address issues with observability tools.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to speed up incident triage and trend analysis.
• Apply AI-assisted practices within incident/change routines to improve resiliency and security.
• Identify escalation needs and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
• Analyze complex situations to solve incident, problem, and change management.
