Job summary

MTI Motion is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to design and build a data-driven production scheduling application on a SQL Server data warehouse, with Python and an HTML front end. You will develop AI/LLM scheduling capabilities and support ERP across the business.

You will craft data models, pipelines, and reports for self-service BI in Tableau/Power BI, while ensuring SOX and CMMC compliance. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years configuring and supporting mid-to-large ERP systems (Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor, Epicor).
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience (T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).
• Strong Python for data work and app development (pandas, SQLAlchemy, Flask/FastAPI/Django).
• Full-stack data-driven app delivery from database to HTML/JS UI.
• Hands-on AI/LLM tools experience; familiarity with Azure AI and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy a production scheduling app using Python with an HTML front end on a SQL Server data warehouse.
• Develop AI/LLM scheduling capabilities in collaboration with internal teams and Microsoft.
• Build and maintain data models, transformations, pipelines, and reports on the data warehouse; grow self-service reporting in Tableau/Power BI.
• Provide daily ERP system support (order management, AR, AP, GL, procurement, shipping, operations).
• Configure, enhance, maintain, and document databases and applications on SQL Server.
• Partner with users to translate needs into requirements and lead testing and SOX/CMMC compliance.
