Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with generative image tools and prompt design.
• 4+ years in production design, production art, or graphic design.
• Advanced Photoshop/Illustrator skills incl. compositing, retouching, color correction.
• Experience delivering production-ready files for digital/print/apparel.
• Strong typography, layout, color theory, and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, merchandising, product development, marketing, licensing, and production teams.
• Document templates, production standards, and repeatable workflows for scale.
• Translate fan insights into visual executions while upholding brand integrity.
