Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional graphic design experience focused on licensed/apparel design.
- Expert-level typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; knowledge of AI tools.
- Understanding of apparel product development and licensing requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously in fast-paced environment.
- Experience mentoring designers and presenting to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with merchants, product developers, and sales teams to align graphics with goals.
- Lead presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
